Everything in the Mosven Studio shop is a digital download sold on Etsy: photography prints, illustration prints, printables and Canva templates. Nothing is shipped.
Returns and exchanges
Each Etsy listing shows whether that item can be returned or exchanged. The files can be downloaded as soon as Etsy confirms payment, so please check the listing before you buy.
Cancellations
We do not accept cancellations once an order is placed, because the files are available right away.
If something is wrong
If a file will not download, will not open, is damaged, or is not the file the listing describes, message us on Etsy or write to studio@mosven.com with your order number. We will send a working file or help you fix the problem. If we cannot fix it, we will work it out with you through Etsy.
Colors can look slightly different from screen to screen and printer to printer. Our Etsy shop page explains which file to use for each frame size, and we are glad to help before you print.
Etsy's rules and your rights
Your purchase is also covered by Etsy's own policies for buyers. Nothing on this page takes away any rights you have under the consumer laws of the place where you live.
Design services
Work ordered through Upwork or Fiverr follows the refund and dispute rules of that platform.
