Buying from Mosven Studio
Our products are sold on Etsy. When you buy, Etsy collects and processes your order and payment details under Etsy's privacy policy, and we receive the order information Etsy shares with sellers so that we can deliver your files and help you. The shop's own privacy policy is on our Etsy shop page. Design services we offer through Upwork or Fiverr follow the privacy terms of those platforms.
What this website collects
Email you send us. If you write to studio@mosven.com, we receive your email address, your name if you include it and your message, and we use them to answer you.
Technical data. Our hosting provider records standard request data, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site secure and working.
This website has no sign-up forms, analytics, advertising tools or tracking cookies. Our fonts are served from our own server.
How we use it
We use what you send us to reply and to keep a record of the conversation. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.
Who helps us
- Hostinger hosts the website.
- Google Workspace runs our email.
Both process data on our behalf.
How long we keep it
Emails are kept as long as needed to deal with your request, then for up to 24 months. Server logs are kept by our host for a limited period for security.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete what we hold about you by writing to studio@mosven.com. We will answer within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under laws such as the GDPR, the UK GDPR or US state privacy laws, including the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Our pages link to Etsy, Upwork, Fiverr and the other Mosven LLC brands. Those sites have their own privacy policies.
Children
Our website is not made for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
International transfers
We are a US company run from Türkiye and our providers operate in several countries, so your information may be processed outside the country where you live. Where the law requires it, we rely on safeguards such as the standard contractual clauses offered by our providers.
